Account Creation & Security

Platform Usage Rules

Payment & Transaction Information
All payments and transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) will be recorded and processed according to existing payment policies. Ke3 ensures secure payment systems including FPX and DuitNow. Users are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds for transactions.
Liability Limit
Ke3 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the platform, including data loss, service interruptions, or technical errors. Using the platform is at the user’s own risk.
Account Policy: Suspension & Closure
Ke3 may suspend or close accounts without notice for any breach of terms, attempted fraud, or failure to comply with usage conditions. This right is absolute to protect platform integrity and the safety of other users.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ke3 platform, including designs, logos, images, text, and software, is owned by ke3 and protected under Malaysian copyright law. Copying, distributing, or using content without permission is prohibited.
